We're open Tuesday through Sunday from 11:00 AM to 10:00 PM. We're closed on Mondays for kitchen prep and staff training. Holiday hours may vary - please call ahead to confirm.

The "End Cut" is the our favorite way to eat sirloin. Half a pound of Stock Yards Black Angus sirloin. Grilled to perfection on our famous charcoal pit and served with your choice of two sides. (If ordered either Med/Well or Well Done, we will butterfly, unless specified.)

Half a pound of in house ground sirloin. Served with your choice of two sides. We use our fresh steak trimmings and double grind them daily. This is a fan favorite.
