We're open Tuesday through Sunday from 11:00 AM to 10:00 PM. We're closed on Mondays for kitchen prep and staff training. Holiday hours may vary - please call ahead to confirm.

End Cut Sirloin (16oz.)

The "End Cut" is the our favorite way to eat sirloin. One pound of Stock Yards Black Angus sirloin. Grilled to perfection on our famous charcoal pit and served with your choice of two sides. This one was my Grandad's favorite. (If ordered either Med/Well or Well Done, we will butterfly, unless specified.)
